WATCH SERVICING
Our watch store is an authorized service center for the following brands: Tag Heuer, Sinn, Zenith, IWC, UlysseNardin, Chopard, Raymond Weil, Frederique Constant, Vicorinox.
Every watch mechanism requires maintenance. The quality and length of work depends on the model, method and conditions of use. The general rule is that mechanical and quartz watches should be serviced every 4 to 6 years. Watches that come to our shop for service go through the following procedure:
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
- Removing the bracelet
- Opening the housing
- Diagnosing the mechanism
- Checking operation using a test device
- Checking the functions of the mechanism – setting the correct time and pushers: Start / Stop / Reset
- Visual inspection
- Estimation
OPERATIONS ON THE CASE AND BRACELET
- Complete disassembly of the housing – bezel, glass, pushers
- Cleaning the bracelet with ultrasonic vibrations for an hour
- Replacement of all seals
MECHANISM MAINTENANCE
- Disassembly of the mechanism
- Cleaning of all parts of the mechanism
- Replacement of worn / damaged parts
- Assembly and lubrication of all parts
- Function setting
- Check the accuracy of the mechanism
- Check the operation of the mechanism – setting the time and pushers: Start / Stop / Reset
- Complete housing reassembly
- Closing the housing
QUALITY CONTROL
- Water resistance check according to watch model specifications
- Setting the time and date
- Final check of the mechanism and all its functions in a time span of over 72 hours in different angle positions
- Returning the bracelet with the replacement of the pins
- Check and adjust the folding button
- Final check
